Are We Living Through a Silent Medical Revolution?
Fact vs. Fiction with Dmitri Leonov
By Alhanouf Mohammed Alrowaili
In a quiet corner of self-development laboratories, a covert conflict is brewing. It pits the logic of standardized modern medicine, reliant on pharmaceuticals and surgery, against a sweeping wave of consumer technologies.
These technologies promise to repair the human being from within, restoring them to a natural baseline state, untainted by the external distractions and programming that shape us, using physics and frequencies.
Behind the pharmaceutical giants, unable to produce a definitive cure for the array of symptoms modern medicine labels as distinct diseases and syndromes, lie the glossy facades of wellness technology companies. Here, we find entrepreneurs who defied medical skepticism, turned to ancient research, and blended technologies to create alternative solutions. Driven first by a desire for personal well-being and second by a mission to share it with the world, they utilize manufacturing techniques and integrations that seem to belong to another realm entirely.
Amidst this whirlwind, where patients exhaust themselves seeking ultimate cures, doctors struggle to find modern scientific explanations, and innovative technical research breaks the mold to revisit natural healing methods, perplexing questions arise. These are questions that brook no ambiguity; even within the experimental phase, it is difficult to definitively take a side, positive or negative.
It is the eternal conflict between the natural and the artificial, the old and the new, the choice between quick, shortcut solutions and the slow, detailed process of addressing the root cause of an ailment. Are we witnessing a silent medical revolution that is reshaping the human body’s neurological response, or is this merely a sophisticated commercial venture exploiting modern humanity’s desperate desire to escape the hell of digital stress? Amidst video footage documenting various medical conditions, cases that modern medicine once viewed as formidable challenges, patients have reported astonishing recoveries and improvements unmatched by conventional methods.

Yet, the medical community remains guarded, demanding rigorous laboratory evidence backed by years of research and clinical trials.
In this investigation, we delve into the enigma of “bio-frequencies,” examining where scientific fact ends and technological myth begins when the desire for change converges with manufacturing capability. Ultimately, discoveries are merely a voyage through the logic of analysis, driven by an underlying, personal yearning for deliverance and liberation.
Who is Dmitri Leonov?
He is an entrepreneur, investor, and co-founder of several technology ventures. He spent many years in the IT and software sectors before transitioning entirely into the field of wellness technologies and bio-frequency technologies. Within the tech community, he is recognized for developing and marketing tools based on frequencies and neural stimulation, including projects involving nervous system regulation devices, inner-awareness experiences, and bio-recalibration. His work in wellness and athletic recovery has brought him into contact with world-class athletes interested in holistic and alternative health, such as tennis star Novak Djokovic، who is known for his keen interest in recovery technologies, hyperbaric chambers, frequencies, and alternative medicine.
Dmitri’s transition into the realm of human biology and frequencies was born of a long, arduous personal journey dealing with ADHD. Throughout his extensive career in software engineering. He confronted a harsh reality early on: human productivity and effort do not always follow a linear path.
He realized from personal experience that living in a “flow state” allows a person to achieve the impossible with minimal effort, whereas the absence of this neurological balance turns even the simplest daily tasks into a total drain on energy and focus. In the software world, errors and glitches were distinct and easily isolated; however, he observed that the human body is far more complex. Ailments arise when the system loses its balance and coherence, slipping into a state of “incoherence.”
Driven by his ongoing struggle with attention deficits, and unwilling to settle for the palliatives of conventional medicine, which often treats isolated symptoms while ignoring root causes, he ventured beyond the conventional. His goal was not to establish a conventional technology company focused on managing external time; rather, it was to innovate tools dedicated to managing a person’s “internal state” and restoring them to a natural point of balance.
Dmitri transformed his own journey through distraction into a mission aimed at helping exhausted bodies regain their biological harmony and achieve personal well-being.
What is this technology, and what does it look like?
The technology emerged from a novel integration of methods that previously operated in isolation. The concept was to combine them into a single framework targeting the subtle “voice” of internal cells, a whisper signaling change. It works by clearing external interference and supporting the cell’s internal environment, allowing it to function authentically, free from the disruptive influences that can otherwise distort biological processes and lead to physical illness.
Electronic Circuits and Light Emitters:
Equipped to emit precise sound waves and microscopic vibrations, alongside infrared radiation and visible light.
Mechanism of Action and Power Triangulation
It operates via localized neural stimulation: it targets strategic points rich in nerve endings, such as the sternum and wrist, to transmit precise vibrations. These target the vagus nerve, calming the autonomic nervous system and inducing a state of deep relaxation.
Frequency Bands:
It operates by emitting frequency bands distributed across 10 primary levels (such as 528 Hz for balance and 174 Hz for relaxation and stress management). These utilize mathematical and musical relationships, believed to correspond to Solfeggio frequencies, that mimic the natural frequencies of living cells (specifically the 528 Hz frequency associated with biological harmony and balance).
Individualized Tuning:
Techniques based on the precise measurement of heart rate variability (HRV) metrics to identify each user’s unique “root note” and adjust oscillations according to their real-time physiological state.
Synchronized Light and Sound Stimulation:
This process involves emitting light photons (visible and infrared) in synchronization with ultra-fine sound vibrations to stimulate the autonomic nervous system and induce a state of relaxation or deep focus (associated with alpha and theta brainwaves).
Scientific and Philosophical Background
The technology used in the device, along with other frequency-based technologies, occupies a complex intersection between the realms of alternative medicine, modern medicine, and ancient energy physics:
Ancient Physics and Tesla’s Experiments:
Drawing on Nikola Tesla’s famous dictum regarding “energy, frequency, and vibration,” this approach is rooted in the philosophy that the human body is not merely a collection of chemical masses, but an “energy and frequency field” that can be recalibrated through harmonious oscillations.
Alternative and Holistic Medicine: This perspective views symptoms of illness or neurological dysregulation simply as imbalances in bio-harmony, positing that recalibration via natural frequencies empowers the body to heal itself.
Standard Modern Medicine’s Skepticism:
Conventional medicine declines to acknowledge these mechanisms, as they have not undergone the long-term, large-scale, double-blind clinical trials required by established protocols; instead, such effects are often dismissed as psychological responses or placebo phenomena.
While these physical principles are genuine and have been studied independently of the devices themselves, a persistent question remains for physicists: Is the compact geometric scale of these devices sufficient to achieve true isolation comparable to a Faraday cage, or is the design merely a clever utilization of the aesthetic and psychological properties of the metals and stones involved?
Neural Depth: Neural Duality and Internal Programming
Neural Duality (Hardwiring vs. Soft wiring):
Hardwiring: Under stress, the brain automatically leans toward negativity, an evolutionary survival instinct driven by the amygdala, which inhibits logical reasoning.
Soft wiring: Conversely, internal neural connections possess flexibility through neuroplasticity and Hebbian theory; repetitive thought patterns eventually transform into ingrained programs that dictate our choices.
Prefrontal Cortex Paralysis Under Stress:
Spiraling into negativity, stored trauma, and anxiety reduces activity in the prefrontal cortex (the center of creativity and logic). This explains the inability to solve problems, a physiological reality rather than merely a fleeting emotional state.
The Dilemma of Conventional Solutions and the Cost of a “Toxic Lifestyle”: Traditional remedies (such as exercise, meditation, EMF protection techniques, and pure water) are often costly and exhausting. More importantly, their effects are temporary; once a session ends and one returns to a toxin- and stress-filled environment, symptoms recur, underscoring the need for a new different ways that brings change to the body and decrease the negative effect and the toxins of the new technology to the electromagnetic body fields.
The Philosophy of Unity and Resonance: The name signifies the “Unity of Being” and the cessation of the conflict between mind and body, allowing the individual to reconnect with the fundamental source of vital and cosmic energy, in alignment with quantum mechanics concepts.
Between Therapeutic Promise and Individual Experience:
Chronic Conditions and Adaptation
A look at official platforms and user reviews regarding bio-frequency technologies reveals a landscape rich in personal stories. On one hand, a wide range of individuals, including holistic health practitioners, report notable shifts: increased calmness, reduced acute stress, and improved nervous system responses under pressure. Some individuals with chronic neurological challenges have even documented a sense of better bio-energy regulation after weeks of gradual use. Conversely, these testimonials face rigorous scientific scrutiny; modern medicine does not deny these improvements but attributes them to autonomic nervous system responses or the psychosomatic effects of trusting the device, focusing on breathing, and maintaining body awareness.
The absence of large-scale, double-blind clinical trials means these personal accounts and individual results serve as indicators of potential personal experiences rather than definitive medical evidence applicable to everyone. Ultimately, every medical approach has its own perspective and governing principles, and personal experience remains a powerful testament.
Managing Sleep Disorders:
Many individuals suffering from sleep issues and anxiety report achieving deep sleep and relaxation without the need for significant mental effort in pre-sleep breathing exercises or meditation.
Neurological Sensitivity and Adaptation:
Individuals with neurological conditions or disorders (such as those managing chronic symptoms or tremors, like Parkinson’s patients) reported that the first week required a gradual period of bodily adjustment to the frequencies; initially, they experienced a sense of stimulation or an energetic surge before their nervous systems eventually balanced and stabilized. This process is observed in severe cases, including fibromyalgia, Parkinson’s, multiple sclerosis, and post-stroke recovery, where achieving stability and therapeutic impact takes longer. Given the nature of this science, complex and advanced physiological conditions require more time for recovery due to pre-existing internal frequency imbalances and long-term damage; recalibration is time-consuming, and even if theoretically achieved, the body needs time to adapt and erase the effects of previous imbalances.
This process can span weeks, months, or sometimes years, depending on the specific case and individual physiology.
Nevertheless, the majority reported marked, noticeable improvements within the first few days, evidenced by better sleep quality and reductions in anxiety, stress, and certain types of nerve pain.
Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS):
Intriguingly, these techniques operate by influencing neurotransmitters and nerve endings in the limbs, which explains the notable improvements observed in cases of Restless Legs Syndrome. Modern neurological studies link this bothersome syndrome to complex disruptions in neural signaling pathways, most notably the dysregulation of dopamine in the brain and heightened central nervous system excitability.
Additionally, autonomic nervous system dysfunction exacerbates sensory tension and pain during periods of rest. This highlights the potential role of localized nerve stimulation and bio-resonance techniques; research into neuromodulation and vagus nerve stimulation suggests that these frequencies can modulate the activity of neural nuclei associated with sensory-motor processing and central calming (such as regulating dopamine and glutamate signaling in the brain). Targeting nerve endings and the sternum triggers ascending and descending signals along autonomic pathways that reset the “sensory control gate” in the spinal cord and brain. This reduces hyper-excitability in the lower limbs and induces deep relaxation.
While some people seen results and change others used the technology and didn’t see any change while experiencing disappointment, they changed the way of using it by choosing the manual mode to choose a specific frequency it made a deference and it starts affecting slowly. the technology used is not given a magical result. others may see no changes or results at all. and some may see negative changes before the positive ones such as anxiety or discomfort instead of relaxation. it depends on many things related to the uniqueness of the people’s needs, believes, reception and how their bodies reaction to.
1. SaneBox was about reclaiming time. The One is about reclaiming state. Which do you believe is the more valuable currency in 2026?
It’s true. At SaneBox, we were all about reclaiming your time, but it was even more about reclaiming your attention and focus. Attention has been, and still is, one of the scarcest resources we have today. But state is becoming an even more important resource. Our world is speeding up faster than ever, and we’re reaching a point where the past is no longer a good predictor of the future. Our brain has always been very good at analyzing past events, but quite bad at predicting the future. In a world where there’s very little correlation between the future and the past, our brain becomes an even worse ally. So, state becomes one of the most important currencies that we have. What the device does is help you get into that state of alignment, balance, and flow much more easily. And when you’re in that state, you can make decisions not just by relying on your brain, but by tapping into your intuition and your connection with your higher self. Attention and state are both incredibly important. I would say they’re equally important.
2. How did the transition from a pure software mindset to a quantum hardware mindset change your definition of what a bug is in the human system?
In the world of software, bugs are usually easy to fix. You identify the bug, address it, and feel relatively safe that the rest of the system isn’t affected. In the human body, however, bugs really begin to happen when the body, or the system, becomes incoherent. It leaves a balanced, coherent state and moves into some other state. Unfortunately, in Western medicine, a lot of times what we do is address individual symptoms while ignoring the underlying cause. And a lot of times, addressing those individual symptom-bugs can lead to other bugs. What we focus on with the device is helping the system come back into a balanced, coherent state. And when the system is in that state, it’s much more difficult for bugs to appear in the first place.
3. You’ve moved from managing external data, emails, to managing internal data through bio resonance. Was there a specific moment where you realized that productivity is a byproduct of coherence?
As somebody who’s been dealing with ADHD my whole life, I’ve learned that productivity and effort don’t necessarily go hand in hand. We’ve all had experiences where, when we’re in flow, we can move mountains with very little effort. And on the flip side, when we’re not in that state, we can spend a lot more time and effort and get far worse results. I completely agree that productivity is indeed a byproduct of coherence.
4. As someone who plays six musical instruments, how does your understanding of musical harmony influence the way you programmed the Solfeggio frequencies into the device?
Luckily for me, the Solfeggio frequencies came long before I was born. But I am incredibly humbled by the beauty of mathematical relationships in music and harmony. In particular, the beauty of the mathematical relationships between Solfeggio Frequencies is something that has always fascinated me.
5. If you were to compose a symphony of health, which specific frequency would be the keynote or root note for the modern human?
What’s important to note is that our body truly is a symphony of frequencies. Every organ resonates at a different frequency. What’s important is not the actual root note itself, but the relationship between the frequencies of different organs and different parts of the body. When the mathematical relationship between those frequencies gets out of balance, that’s when disease begins to materialize. This is why we’re seeing such phenomenal results with people wearing the device, even though every device is tuned to the same frequencies. However, there is an actual root note for each individual human. We can find that root note through HRV biofeedback, and this is a technology we’re launching in partnership with one of our advisors and one of the pioneers in frequency medicine and vibroacoustic, Dr. Jeffrey Thompson. Through measuring your HRV and how it responds to different frequencies, we can identify your specific root note and program that note into the device. At that point, it becomes highly personalized to you.
6. In music, dissonance creates tension. In the biofield, what does dissonance look like to you, and how does the device resolve that tension?
Yes, in music, dissonance often creates tension that, when resolved, sounds like relief. This is what makes music exciting to listen to and emotionally captivating. In the biofield, dissonance looks very similar. It’s what happens when the relationship between frequencies becomes different from what it’s naturally supposed to be in a balanced state. While music wouldn’t be very interesting without some dissonance and a return into resonance, in health we strive for resonance as much as possible. That’s what health looks like. It’s okay to come out of resonance and into dissonance occasionally, but we don’t want to stay there for too long. The device helps resolve this tension by giving your entire being a coherent set of frequencies to resonate with, helping tune it back toward resonance.
7. Does your musical background make you more critical of digital versus analog frequency delivery? How did you resolve the digital compression problem for sound frequencies in a wearable?
Yes, digital frequency delivery has its limitations. It is not as natural as analog frequencies. However, it is a very good approximation, and the results we’re seeing from our customers really speak for themselves.
8. Most people hear music with their ears, but the device uses a transducer for the nervous system. Is this silent music, and how does the brain interpret a song it cannot hear?
There are receptors on the body, particularly around the vagus nerve, the Ren Meridian, and the heart chakra area, that can process and register subtle fluctuations in vibration and sound. This is one of the ways the device can interact with the nervous system.
9. You utilize Bio-Tuning with HRV measurements down to two decimal points. Can you explain the mathematical fingerprint of a person? Is our resonant frequency as unique as our DNA?
That’s a difficult question to answer. It may be. We know DNA is exceptionally unique, but we haven’t yet measured the uniqueness of an individual’s Bio-Tuning frequency to enough decimal places to answer that definitively. What we do know is that there are unique differences between people, and that uniqueness extends beyond the two decimal points we’re currently using. It’s certainly possible that every person has a unique resonant frequency, but we simply don’t have enough data yet. It’s something we’re very excited to learn more about in the coming years.
10. You’ve cited more than 13,000 peer-reviewed studies. If the science is so robust, why do you think mainstream medicine still treats frequency healing as invisible?
This is a difficult question. There is a long history of mainstream medicine downplaying the importance of frequencies. People often point to figures like Royal Rife and the historical controversies surrounding frequency-based approaches to medicine. But I think there’s a deeper reason. Human beings naturally trust what they can see, touch, and measure directly. Invisible forces are often harder for our brains to take seriously, even when we interact with them every day. We trust our phones to receive information wirelessly. We rely on Wi-Fi, radio waves, and countless invisible technologies. Yet when it comes to health, we’re still largely operating from a Newtonian model that prioritizes physical and chemical interventions. That said, the science continues to grow rapidly. The number of published studies continues to increase, and frequency-based approaches are steadily becoming more mainstream. I’m convinced that over the next several years, this field will become much more widely accepted.
11. In your TED Talk, you discussed rewriting medicine. If the body is fundamentally vibrating energy, are surgery and chemical interventions simply low-resolution ways of solving a high-resolution problem?
That’s certainly one way to look at it, although I would use a slightly different analogy. Disease appears to materialize on different levels. By the time a problem has become a physical, chemical, or structural issue in the body, it has already moved into a much more tangible and visible form. At that stage, surgical, pharmaceutical, and other conventional interventions are often necessary. Frequency-based approaches can still be helpful, but they tend to be most effective earlier in the process, before dysfunction has fully materialized into a physical condition. This is why I believe frequency medicine is exceptionally powerful for prevention and early intervention. That doesn’t mean conventional medicine is wrong. It absolutely has its place, especially in emergencies, acute situations, and advanced disease. I see these approaches as complementary rather than competing.
12. We talk about biohacking, but you often talk about Bio-Tuning. Is the difference that hacking is an intervention while tuning is a collaboration?
Bio-Tuning is a trademarked term that refers to a very specific personalized frequency process. More broadly, I see much of frequency medicine as the next generation of biohacking, Biohacking 2.0. Biohacking 1.0 was largely based on chemistry, molecules, supplements, and other physical interventions. We’re rapidly moving into a world where wellness, health, and medicine increasingly incorporate frequency-based approaches. And yes, tuning is much more of a collaboration with the body. The goal isn’t to force the body into a particular state. The goal is to help it return to its natural state of balance. When the body is in that balanced state, it becomes remarkably capable of self-regulation and self-healing.
13. Regarding the idea that sound frequencies can mimic certain biochemical effects, do you foresee a future where we download vitamins, supplements, or even medicines through a frequency patch?
Absolutely. I see a future where frequency plays a much larger role in biohacking, wellness, and medicine. The early evidence suggests that we may be able to apply specific frequencies to mimic certain effects traditionally associated with chemical compounds. I wouldn’t go as far as to suggest that vitamins, supplements, or medicines will be completely replaced by frequencies. However, I do believe frequencies will play a much larger role in health optimization and medicine. If we’re eventually able to deliver some of the benefits associated with compounds such as insulin or other therapies through frequency-based approaches, the impact could be tremendous, not only for effectiveness, but also for reducing side effects.
14. You were quoted in Arianna Huffington’s book Thrive. How does frequency hygiene fit into the modern definition of a thriving person?
I believe frequency hygiene is becoming one of the most important practices of the modern world. We’re exposed to countless frequencies every day, from phones, Wi-Fi networks, cell towers, electronics, vehicles, environments, stressful situations, and even the people around us. Learning how to minimize our resonance with disruptive influences is increasingly important. But the other side of the equation is just as important: maximizing our resonance with beneficial influences. This has been our main goal with One Device. My belief is that frequency hygiene will become a widely used and widely accepted concept over the coming years.
15. If you replaced the device on every world leader for 24 hours, which frequency mode would you lock it into, and what outcome would you expect?
What we recommend for most people is to use all the frequencies and leave the device in rotation mode.
It’s important to support all our energetic centers and the relationship between the different frequencies in the body, rather than focusing on just one.
However, if I had to choose a single frequency, I would choose 528 Hz, often referred to as the frequency of love.
I think that would be beneficial for everyone, but perhaps especially for world leaders.
16. What is the most unexplainable or miraculous testimonial you’ve received from a user, something even your scientific data couldn’t fully account for?
Our most fascinating testimonials have to do with synchronicities.
I first noticed this myself while wearing the device during its development, but what really got my attention was hearing the same story repeatedly from customers who had been wearing it for several months.
People would describe meaningful coincidences, unexpected opportunities, chance meetings, or events unfolding in ways that felt unusually aligned.
Synchronicities are meaningful events that appear unlikely or difficult to explain through conventional cause and effect.
What this leads us to wonder is whether improving our own physical, mental, and emotional state may influence not only ourselves, but also how we interact with the people and circumstances around us.
It’s almost like concentric circles. It starts with your own state, then influences your relationships, your decisions, the people around you, and eventually the opportunities you encounter.
The science of synchronicity is still very limited, and mainstream science generally doesn’t study it. But it’s an area I find fascinating and worth exploring further.
17. If you had to describe the frequency of the future in one word, what would it be?
I don’t think there’s a single frequency of the future.
What I do see is a trend.
The general tendency is toward increasing frequency, toward things becoming faster, more interconnected, and more dynamic. Many spiritual traditions and philosophies describe this as elevating one’s frequency or expanding consciousness.
Whether viewed spiritually, technologically, or culturally, the trend appears to be the same. So rather than identifying a single frequency of the future, I would say the defining characteristic is acceleration, the ongoing increase in frequency itself.
According to the Modern medicine which is still divided between two groups half believes and conducting their own studies and believing on the work of doctor Rife and tesla with seeing results and testimonials of patients. The other half does not base its decisions on individual impressions or personal success stories, but rather on reproducible and measurable laboratory data. “frequencies” to reset cells or simulate the chemical effects of drugs remains, until agree both parties through rigorous laboratory methods, they see it as a set of physical hypotheses that have not yet risen to the level of an approved medical treatment contains chemical medications not frequencies, sound or light therapies.
The future belongs not to conflict, but to the integration of worlds. Experience remains the clearest guide; the emergence of modern technologies, inventions, and rediscovered methods that aid healing or enhance quality of life represents the ideal path for innovation. While there may be a multitude of studies and cases, this does not necessarily guarantee the absolute efficacy of a specific technique for a given health condition. Conversely, even in the absence of formal studies or recorded cases, certain, or even most, alternative medicine methods, modern technologies, or daily practices can bring about noticeable change, even if a complete cure is not achieved; the human body remains a source of mystery and unpredictability.
