“I wanted to create something fair, something real,” she explains. “The Glamour Awards were founded on the belief that recognition should be based on skill, not social media following or connections.”
Every entry is judged anonymously, ensuring impartiality and fairness. “The judges only see order numbers, not names,” Stacey says. “This means every artist is evaluated purely on their work. It’s about celebrating true talent and breaking the stigma that all awards are fixed.”
The inaugural event was a success, drawing attendees from across the UK and even from abroad. “We had guests travel from the Netherlands and the USA,” Stacey recalls. “It was an incredible feeling to see people come together to celebrate authenticity and creativity.”
A Team Built on Loyalty and Passion
Behind every successful business is a strong team, and Stacey credits hers as the backbone of Glamour Aesthetics. “The qualities I look for are loyalty, passion, and genuine care,” she says. “I value people who believe in what we do, who want to see the business grow, and who treat every client with kindness and respect.”

When asked what’s next, Stacey’s vision is clear. “In five years, I see Glamour Aesthetics expanding globally, with clinics across the UK and beyond,” she says. “I want to reach more people and help them feel confident and beautiful, wherever they are.”
Her goals for The Glamour Awards are equally ambitious. “I want the awards to become one of the most respected and prestigious events in the UK. We’ll continue to grow, celebrate individuality, and shine a light on those who make our industry so special.”

Reflecting on her journey, Stacey shares the advice she’d give her younger self. “It doesn’t matter what anyone else is doing, stay focused on your own path,” she says. “Don’t compare your progress to others. Stay in your lane, trust your journey, and always believe in your potential.”
This philosophy has shaped her success. “I’ve never been jealous of anyone’s achievements. Instead, I’ve been inspired by them,” she explains. “That mindset has kept me grounded and motivated to keep growing, both personally and professionally.”
