As a mother of two and a dedicated influencer, she shares her journey of balancing motherhood, personal aspirations, and cultural heritage with her ever-growing audience. Talking about her personal life and background Samantha Said, “I began creating content when my son turned one because I wanted to document his milestones and share my motherhood journey with other moms in a light-hearted and humorous way,” Samantha recounts. Her goal is to help mothers feel connected and supported, knowing they are all experiencing similar challenges.
Creating relatable content, especially humorous ones, has always been Samantha’s forte. “I’ve always dreamed of being an actor,” she reveals. “Social media has given me the opportunity to showcase my acting skills while blending them with motherhood and beauty content. I aim to show that even busy moms can look good and enjoy life.”
Coming up with new ideas can be challenging, but Samantha draws inspiration from her daily life. A particularly memorable moment for her was when one of her videos went viral. “In the video, I humorously pleaded for someone to take my baby because I couldn’t sleep anymore. The relatable content resonated with many moms, who left hilarious comments, making them feel connected to my journey.”
As a mother, Samantha prioritizes her children’s privacy and ensures they are portrayed positively on social media. “I always discuss video ideas with them and get their approval before filming,” she says. Her kids, especially her five-year-old son Issa, love the camera. “Nowadays, he even suggests ideas and guides me on how we should create the videos.”
Winning the MENA Digital Award was an incredibly exciting and proud moment for Samantha. “It was a recognition of my hard work and the positive impact my social media content has on my audience,” she shares.
Samantha strives to maintain and showcase her Lebanese and Middle Eastern traditions through her content. “I aim to present a positive image of our culture and heritage to my followers,” she explains. Her advice to aspiring content creators is to be genuine and unique. “Avoid copying others and replicating ideas without adding your ‘extra sauce,’ and focus on creating content that genuinely represents who you are with unique value to your community and audience.”
